Custom Products

All products sold by Turning Point Legacy are custom-made and personalized according to customer-provided information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted names, dates, badge numbers, department information, and custom text are accurate at the time of purchase.

Design Proofs

When selected, a design proof will be provided for customer review prior to production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, dates, wording, and design details before production begins.

Once a proof has been approved, Turning Point Legacy is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design.

Production Times

Production typically begins after all required personalization details have been received and, when applicable, after design proof approval.

Production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, and custom requirements.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is required in full before production begins.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Requests for order cancellations must be made before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, and text are the property of Turning Point Legacy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Product Photography & Portfolio Use

By placing an order, the customer grants Turning Point Legacy permission to photograph and display completed products for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.

Upon request, Turning Point Legacy will make reasonable efforts to obscure or remove sensitive personal information, including names, badge numbers, and other identifying details before publication.

Customers who do not wish their order to be featured must notify Turning Point Legacy in writing before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

Turning Point Legacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
